Warm Hello to everyone, I am a newbie just looking for some general advice. I have had an annex built at the rear of my house with a WC, Shower and sink waste connections all connected in the following configuration. (please excuse use of terms and correct as necessary)

1. Main brown soil pipe from WC under concrete to manhole in garden.
2. Sink and Shower drain from bathroom connected to a "Y" connector which runs into this main brown soil pipe under the ground, (the two 40 or 50mm pipes connect into cap which then runs into the main soil pipe)

basically the WC waste runs down and somewhere 2 meters later the waste from sink and shower connects into this main run at an angle too.

My main question is will this cause any problems for smell ect.? sink and shower have got traps? if thats what they call them.

Sorry for the completely novice explanation I could try drawing this?

Thanks for help in advance
