WC with intregral overflow

We've just had a close coupled toilet fitted today with internal overflow. I'm very impressed with this over our old toilet. The only problem I have is that at the minute it seems to be overflowing through the internal overflow all the time.
I suppose I'll have to get the plumber back, but to be honest i'd rather have a go at fixing it myself. Any ideas as to how I would go about stopping the constant overflow??

Basically whichever way it happens inside the flushpipe is used as an overflow allowing overflowing water to run into the WC pan.
Easier life for us plumbers as we dont have to mess about running overflow pipes any more. Should have done it years ago!

To answer your question the ballvalve needs adjusting. This is usually done by an adjusting screw and locknut .
