WC with outlet thru floor

I have an awkward WC change out (for me anyway - DIY'er) in our en suite in that the waste pipe is situated 9 inches (to centre) from the external wall going down thru a concrete floor. I cant find a suitable replacement for the one i want to replace.

Any thoughts on best way forward. Any ideas where i might find something to fit - I have heard American WC's may be of this design... cant find any when looking this eve online.

american are no good to us they use a wax seal on the base and are totally different.
either you move the waste pipe backwards or build a faulse wall to bring toilet foreward.
