WD12X Door wont open

Hi,

My Indesit WD12 X door wont open, it seems like there is something broken off as the handle is a bit loose,

Any ideas how to get the washing out??

remove lid and put hand down to door lock and theres a release lever on the lock

Or slide a piece of strong cord, from top to bottom behind the door, grip tightly top & bottom & drag across the latch towards the hinges releasing the latch.
