WD63 Locked door

Hello

I have read as many posts about this as possible but cannot seem to find the right answer for my washer/dryer hotpoint WD63. Door is locked and wont open, tryed turning it off already, water is drained but still wont open. Can you help? What can I try next?

remove the lid place hand down inside hear the lock .on the back of the lock is a blob of silicone push it in it will release the lock .
