I have a hotpoint 1000 and I can not get the door open, the cycle has completed and the end prog light is on but the door will not open. (the Door lock button is not on so that is not the problem) also the water has drained so I can not see why it will not open. I have also already tried turning it off and on again. Please help me I really want my clothes out.
