OR....use a combi that does all of this for you....for less than £1000....
You can't use a combi in a property with multiple bathrooms combis are for small houses and cannot run at 3 different flow temperatures at one time.

Weather compensation with an unvented cylinder and hot water priority is the ultimate heating system when it comes to gas, doesn't get better than that.

That's why I don't even consider the possibility and as a result I installed a continuous DWH heater, so heating and DHW are different systems.
I have unlimited hot water on demand which is temp selected in each bathroom via a controller unit. Now granted, whichever outlet gets the water first, they become the master for heat settings but in reality, that why showers have mixers lol

My 30kw system boiler is basically like a big 300l storage combi, when the cylinder drops to a certain temperature the heating will go off all zone valves and zone pumps turn off and the boiler will go full pelt 70c flow temp until the cylinder is charged, which is usually only a few minutes.

How are you powering your cylinder gas or immersion?

I don't have a cylinder, it was too restrictive and inefficient so I replaced it with a continuous water heater producing water on demand at the temperature I decide.
