My decking is being slowly invaded by these things. Anyone know what they are and the best way to deal with them?

Looks like bindweed

Treat as many leaves as you can with http://www.roundup-garden.com/ and keep treating them until the plants is eradicated.

Don't dig the plant roots up - comparatively small pieces can grow and you may spread the problem.

newboy's quite correct.
With Roundup, more is not better - follow the instructions. If you plaster the stuff on too much then you'll scorch the leaves and this will inhibit take up of the herbicide, not encourage it. Roundup is translocated - I'm sure the Roundup website will explain it in full detail.

I used the gel product last year - dabbed onto each leaf (pair of latex gloves helps so that you can get the right dosage onto the leaf) and the vats majority of the bindweed was eradicated
