evening.
Trying to bleed a rad and the valve is behind the radiator top left and is a weird shape.
Any ideas what it is and how I bleed the rad?
Cheers.

I concur with @ianmcd, try and bleed that and it might carry on  (as in leak). It also looks like it’s been siliconed at some point?

Give it a wire brush and take a clearer pic, it looks like an early 70's stelrad triangular bleeder,

Try opening that and your unlikely to get it to close again and will all end in tears.

As others have said change the radiator.

Thanks all. I think its dead, it looks rough and I really don't fancy getting that bleed valve open.
