Hello All

If I may ask for some advice and direction please...

I have an (Ocean) ALPHA 240P combi boiler servicing about 8 rads a shower and bath plus kitchen. I ground middle and top floors. Now the problem is that

I get hot water in the kitchen very nice and hot (ground floor) perfect! But am unable to get hot water on the middle floor where the bathroom and shower is.

However I get hotwater on the top floor (but not as hot as the ground floor kitchen !!)

Weird huh!! :(

Also one other thing dont know if this is related by chance, the radiators if turned on full (they have their own temp gauges) are not burning hot as one would expect ??? :(

oh and btw boiler does turn on fireup as normal and stays on throughout but no hot water comeing through in bathroom......

Any help appreciated..I have been doing my nut in for 4 weeks (just bought the place and can't really afford someone stinging on this

some more info....spent the whole day trying to figure this problem (even had to pull a sicky from work, winter being round the corner)

In the bathroom (the problem area) if I do not turn the taps on full and only turn them to a level wher water is rushing out at speed then I get hot water  ...so thats that but the question is why, coz avoiding using the tap on full is a bit tricky and annoying to say the least.

I hope one of you guru's can advise.....please
