My property is a 3 storey townhouse with the hot water boiler on the ground floor and the cold water in the attic. The pressure on the top floor bathroom was rubbish so I had a pump installed for that bathroom.

Over time the pressure on the middle floor bathroom has also deteriorated. I'm not sure how to play this.

Should I get a pump installed for the middle floor bathroom, or is there some other action I could take which would be better, eg a power shower?

yes, the problem is both the hot and cold water supply's.
The cold storage is in the attic. Dont think the problem is debris. Would that not affect the taps as well?
