Westwood mower hydrostatic drive running slow

Hi, I have been using a westwood t1800 for a few years now and it has never let me down. Good engine and serviced regularly.
However I have pulled it out of storage and it seems to be running very slowly as if there isnt enough drive or the clutch is slipping.
It seems to be getting worse by the minute and wont even climb a small incline anymore.

Any suggestions on where to start ?
