I have a room that was previously a car port that will need plastering. It has bare thernalites, thermalite infill up to steel lintels, painted render etc. All sorts, possibly needs quite a bit of mesh to straddle the interfaces between the various types of blockwork wall. What can I expect to pay per square metre for both render/skim & drywall/skim jobs.

Similarly, what might I expect to pay per m square to get the ceiling done in 2" insulated plasterboard?

Thank you,
