WET/DAMP PATCHES !

Hi

Over the last few days I have noticed wet patches just outside my front door on the footpath.

Also when looking at the skirting board by the front door the exterior wall end is also damp.

Could this be something that would be covered by my NHBC - property is 8 years old. [/img]

I think I have attached the image here of the patches and hope someone can advise
