There are some great DIY videos out there that will help you tank a wet room. I understand this tread is old but for anyone finding it, it is nice to have some resources. Check out these videos, This one covers the basics of tanking. This one goes more into finishing as well as tanking. The last thing I think everyone should look at is some considerations before you start your wet room. I know when I tried to tank a wet room I made a few mistakes which were really annoying to fix. So having some good instructions really helps.
