Hi, having researched this myself, I found this page of Boundary Bathrooms useful, click on the 'waste' information for wetrooms, they do a suitable waste and show how it sits between joists, below floor. I'm sure lots of others will come up with very direct construction help, but when i saw this it helped me get a better picture of the whole thing.Good luck.

I have used boundry bathrooms in the past and although I found their website quite useful I found their service to be diabolicle, waited three weeks for a shower trap and found their staff to be rude and unhelpful.I now use two companies one is www.tile-safe.co.uk they do a trap called adapta trap which is far easier for the the DIYer to fit and costs half the price of the dallmer and use www.aquatecnic.co.uk for their waterproofing system.

Thankyou

This info is very helpful. We have been in touch with both companies you have recommended and we should be ordering in the next few days!!
Thankyou!!!
