I'm refurbishing our main bathroom and creating a wetroom shower area. I've created a wetroom in our en-suite previously which has been fine. I am using tile backer board all round the wetroom area but one question I had is how high up the walls is it necessary to extend the tanking ie. seal the joins in the tbb ? Is there a 'rule of thumb for this?
