what 4 channel-zone system/controller

Hi

I need new heating controls, completely blank page.

Down stairs radiators
Upstairs radiators
UFH(which is 3 zones)
Hot water.

What system should I go for?

Honeywell Evohome.

I did look at that, I don't want a remote stat on every radiator, so if I just put one in the upper zone, one in the lower, where the thermostat would be, it'd work the same?

You don't have to use radiator valves. It will control zone valves as well.

Evohome is better all round unless there are RF issues.
