What can I expect to pay for this job?

Hi

we have a room 4m x 7m and would like all 3 walls and the ceiling reskimmed. (One end of room has sliding doors hence only 3 walls.

There are two light fitting channels that need doing after we had the lights rewired. (These channels are in the same room, but I don't know if they charge extra for this)

What price can I expect to pay for a plasterer to do this job for me? The ceiling is currently artex, which we want to be smooth, and we will remove all wallpaper from the walls before the plasterer starts.

The location where you life would be a factor, also the the heights of the walls would be required and also which sized wall is not being plastered.
But if we say standard 8ft ceiling height, you would be looking at something around the £750-£1000.
