We know there is a coaxial for the freesat & one that comes from the tv aerial into a very obvious aerial box, but then we've no idea what the third grey one is.
It ends (or starts) in a box that appears to have aerial type ports on the side.
It goes through the fence gap between fence & wall & ends up going into the ground next door.
Any ideas? Neighbour has volunteered to cut it, but I've very strongly said no that for safety reasons.

Can you get the cover off the box, to see what's inside?
Can't think what safety issues there could be with it.
