I have a bit of an issue with damp at the corner of one of my bedrooms.
I havent been in the house long so this is my first winter, so i dont know if its and existing problem or a new one but im not really sure what im looking at here.

As you can see in the photo, its been quite damp, an it appears, running down from the flat section. I have seen droplets on the flat section, but otherwise only the dried runs and dampness shown in the photo.
I have a tiny bit of damp in a simular area of another bedroom which I have put down to condensation but I cant really explan why this room is so much worse?
I have recently (since moving in) insulated the attic from 2 to 10 inches of glass wool, which is only on the flat portion, not down the cavity under the felt into the vaulted section. (hence this is colder that the other ceiling). Which could be making it worse, but doesnt really explan why im seeing any on the flat section.
Peoples thoughts?
Daniel
