What do you call these parallel rising hinges?

upload_2016-12-13_20-2-8.png This is for a kitchen cabinet. On top of the worktop I want a hutch with appliances in it. I like the way this door lifts, not as a flap, but parallel to the door above it.

I might also consider this lift-up bi-fold method, but I don't know what part I'm looking for. I don't do much of this sort of thing, but I usually have Blum or Hafele.

There is presumably some kind of spring mechanism to take the weight.
