wardrobe doors, 18mm mdf - what hinges?

the doors have been made to fit and have had the large holes to house blum hinges as seen here http://www.doors-sincerely.co.uk/blum-hinges-and-drawer-runners/blum-hinges.html however the doors are to sit inside the frame as oppose to on the front of it - ie like a regular door.

My question is, i have the holes already so i would prefer to use them but what blum hinges do i need?? its so confusing

You would need whats called Inset hinges, these sit on the inside of the carcass and depending on where you fit the hinges determines if the door sits flush with the carcass frame.
