What do you call this?

Hi Guys
First of all I am hoping that there is two photos some where here as I
have never done this before.
They are of the front of my house.
The first one is the render? on the bay window.
does anyone know what it is and the best way to replicate it on the old extension.
Any info would be greatfully recieved.

Cant seem to get my photo's showing here but if you click on rowlie 39 I
