What do you fill these gaps with?

I have this pebble dash garage that has gaps at the end of each block and whatever used to fill them with is now cracked.

What do you recommend to fill them with?

I've used Everbuild builders silicone externally on brick and concrete, it's very tacky, make sure the surface is as dry and dust free as practical.
