What does cut corner out for pier 120mm mean?

Hi, I'm thinking of buying a second hand kitchen and some of the dimensions he gave me say "corner cut out for pier 120mm". What does that mean exactly, will it cause me any problem?

Sorry if this is wrong forum but there wasn't a kitchen fitters one I could see.

The worktops probably have a corner 120mm square cut out.
You will probably have to buy new worktops for it.
One of the units may well have a bit cut out of it too.

or if i have a bit of extra chop the worktop short and nobody will never know about the unit...
