What exam results did you get at school/uni?

My ex had no quals, shes just done a "entry level" course and is starting as a trainee nurse in september.
Seriously hope I do not get sent to her hospital for the next op!!!

iirc ive got 6 cse's 4@grade 4 and 2 @grade 3,

also have city and guilds carpentry and joinery and advanced craft.
 
Got my results on Thursday; 4 B's, 3 A's, 1 A*, 3 Distinctions. Going into the building services/Heat/vent industry.

Interestingly enough there was an article on the BBC about the lifespan of qualifications and the conclusion was that anything earned 20 years ago is pretty much obsolete now and most computer qualifications are out of date in five years or so.

Certainly agree with the concept of "half-life" of degrees. i.e, half of what you have learned is out of date in a certain amount of time.
Also agree with the different subjects having different "half-life" terms.

I think that's only a part of the consideration though.
Having earned a decent qualification indicates to any prospective employer your ability, commitment and discipline to achieving that qualification. I think it also indicates your willingness and commitment to continuing to learn. Thus keeping your skill-set up-to-date, so the concept of degrees being out-of-date is only a theoretical concept and doesn't necessarily apply in practice.
