What fill valve is this?

No idea.... could you not just replace it?
Pipe work is really awkward. Ideally want a like for like replacement as I believe shank length can vary on fill valves.

Fair enough... if you find out what valve it is I'd buy two, and put one away.

Looks like an Ideal Standard/Armitage Shanks fill valve - service kit should sort it or washer on its own:
