what fixing for decking frame

Afternoon all,i'm about to start fixing my frame work to my posts frame work is 4x2 and posts are 4x4.Can anyone advise me on what should i use for fixing the 4x2 timber to the posts,would i be better drilling pilot holes and bangs screw in or am i better to use coach bolts for this and then use screws to fix the noggings in.

Sorry for the questions just ive never ever done out like this so it could be a massive fail,what size screws ect should i use for this any advice would be great

Use coach bolts where you can, you can always use screws first of all to help you get the levels right and then follow on with bolts.
