i just glue the groove and slot them together. put some support in where theres no t&g and glue there too . you shouldn’t need to glue to the joist, just screw.

Ok thanks I have made a support under one of the T&G that’s a little weak so do you mean put glue on the support i have made and then stick the floor down onto it with caberfix. Ok thanks won’t bother with the joist glueing the screws look pretty heavy duty anyway.
