What is the easiest method to remove woodfiller from skirting?

My skirting boards are screwed down ie countersunk then filled..

I need to remove all the skirting from my property to lay new flooring

At the moment i am using a screwdriver to scrape the filler to get to the screw.. however this takes a long time

Consequently, i wanted to ask whether anyone knows of any quicker methods?

flat or pozi 2 screwdriver hold as iff your undoing the screw and hit with a hammer rotate 1/8 off a turn and tap then keep doing this until it locates in the slot or until you can pick it clean
other options a 2" or larger nail or screw first to locate the head then screwdriver
