What is the name of this door handle how to remove and get replacement

Hi what is the name of this type of door handle and how do I remove and replace it any help advice would be great thank you

the screw to release cylinder on yours is behind the plate.

Hi thanks I’m looking to remove the faceplate and handles not the euro cylinder

LOL, the black ends are the ones screwed to the door, the back plate thumps on to there end caps, first remove the tiny grub screw behind the lever handle
