What is this called? Sits behind strike plate

And where can I get one?

So this door is one of two to the dining room. This sits behind the strike plate to level it out. We’ve stripped the doors down from the horrible brown so would like to get a polished chrome one. But I don’t know what it’s called or where to get one from.

Can anyone help please?
