Look out for Stormproof hinges......last time, I got some from Toolstation or Screwfix but ironmongerydirect is also a good place.

Thanks for replying. I don't think they are stormproof hinges though, searching online for similar.
I've re-drawn it showing the intended position of the panels that are supposed to be hinged together.
