What is this type of roof called?

Starting to think about what roof to go for with our extension. Unfortunately, due to the size of the extension and the position of the windows on the existing house, we can't go for a pitched roof.

Now, I don't particularly like the look of a flat roof, so was thinking about doing something like this:

I thought it was called a "concealed flat roof", but clearly that's not it. I don't know how much complexity/cost I'm adding by going for this, but can't google it without knowing the name. Any help appreciated.

If you have the flat roof sunk down there needs to be leaded outlets in the tiled section which can look ugly.

Avoid a vaulted roof if you can, as it means cranked steels and it’s quite expensive.

You can raise the ceiling height a bit above wall height, say by 200mm or so - if you a bit more height.
 
It’s a difficult roof style to describe, I tend to call them tiled skirt roofs.

mansard is the nearest technical name, although mansards don’t usually like that.
