It's a halogen G9, and is removed by pulling the glass piece out.
No screws required.
They are also obsolete, so supplies will be limited to what various places have left.

Oh dear, did not know obsolete, I have 6, not sure if one shown is G9 most the bulbs look the same in a picture.
With the G9 there is normally a glass cover to stop hot bits should the bulb break, and stop harmful rays which are only required with the quartz versions. The LED version does not need the cover.
The smaller versions are normally 12 volt only the G9 is 230 volt. With the quartz bulb you must not touch the bulb.
