What kind of paint council / housing association use on wooden window frames?

Hi,

We have recently purchased an ex-housing association house and need to repaint the window frames etc which are currently brown. Does anyone know the brand of paint and colour shade councils/ housing associations use? They all seem to look the same, so I'm guessing they just buy the same type in bulk. We want to try and keep it the same so it doesn't stand out too much from the rest of the street, at least until we replace with UPVC.

Think it would have been Walnut. Probably Dulux

Can anyone recommend a specific paint to use for this? we'll be using it on the fascia boards as well as the windows.
