I've just bought a Hansgrohe basin mixer which comes with pre-fitted tails with 3/8" nuts.

I'm planning to buy these, which I understand are intended to drop into the top of my isolating valves and provide the appropriate male connector for the tap tails.

I've always preferred copper olives for both copper pipe and plastic pipe, where it is often specified that copper olives should be used and not brass, but I'm not sure what is most appropriate to use for a brass fitting?
