A leading kitchen designer and supplier designed a kitchen for my customer, in doing so they misinformed me about the service void behind the base units.
They have accepted their error and sent out some replacement units, however the customer is not happy as the initial design had two corner units each with two 300mm doors to access a L shaped cupboard and the supplier have replaced it with 800mm and 300mm units which leaves her with a door (300mm) opening towards her limiting her access to the rear of the unit.
I have seen it done before but she is not happy that the design is substantially different to what she paid for.
I am due to write a formal complaint as she is refusing to pay for the kitchen (fair enough) but just wanted to check what regulation covers domestic kitchen design
Thanks
