what,s best way to drain boiler?

Hi, My Vokera Flowmatic RS20-80 combi is leaking at heating manifold, looks like new diaphragm. What,s best way, without using PRV to drain boiler to renew diaphragm.?

Empty the radiators via drain cocks will empty the boiler but it sounds like Gassafe territory to me and not diy!

Hi, I just want to drain boiler, not the system.Isolate and leave it will empty itself in days.
