what screws/plugs to use

I am having my kitchen plasterboarded and on on external i will have dot and dab 50mm insulated plasterboard.

So from the finished face of plasterboard, i will have:

50mm board
25mm gap for dot dab
brickwork

Would this mean to secure base unit to wall i would need to get a screw that's atleast 120mm long, so it can go through the board, bridge gap, and screw into rawl plug in brick wall?

There are no wall hung cabinets on this wall, just base units.

Or would you just secure to the insulated plasterboard using a 50mm screw and plug?

Plasterboard plugs would suffice .Though I glued my boards with foam adhesive so just the depth of my insulated plasterboard.

Go into the bricks.
A screw in the middle of each cabinet holds a lot.
Of course 2 is better.

As in just standard 7mm brown plugs?
Would it be a secure fit considering its basically going to be in the insulation?

Drill through the insulation and into the brickwork. Lightly screw a screw into the plug, then tap the plug through the insulation with a hammer until the plug is fully seated in the brick.
