what screws to use????????

i am plasterboarding my lounge ceiling with 2400x1200x12.5mm boards and need to know which screws to use , i was thinking 38mm drywall screws , are they long enough?????

are you overboarding the orriginal ceiling or is this straight to the joists?
if straight to the joists then more then enough,if verboarding then check the depth of the orriginal ceiling first.
