What SHED stain

Afternoon guy's. I have a 10' X 8' shed(planed) that i've had for about 21 months. Not sure what it was treated with initially, but now looking to treat it, but not sure what is the best option.
Looking for a product that is clear(no colour's) that will lengthen the life of it.

I know it says apply with a brush, but one side of the shed is going to be near on impossible for me to do it all with a brush. Can I use a roller or is it a no no. If I can, what type. Regards Doug
