What shower for condensing boiler?

q1 As a general guide what shower should go with a condensing boiler?
q2 are all or most condensing boilers fully modulating or step modulating?
q3 given weak pressure and flow on an existing condensing boiler is there any way of increasing the pressure and flow eg. some kind of "pumping " to make it suitable for a shower?

what kind of set up do you have.
is it a combi or system boiler or etc etc.

most boilers, of which ever type are now condensing
