Shower for a step modulating boiler

Does anyone have suggestions as to what shower is best to fit. Make and type ect. Have one to fit to a Chaffoteaux SE combination boiler and I know that this is not fully modulating but step modulating. Would it make a difference?

The deviation on step modulation is not all that wide that it will cause delivery temperature to run hot and cold. You will be OK as long as boiler modulates.

As I recall the Chaff mods 1/3 and 2/3 on CH.

On DHW it mods 2/3 and 3/3 .

My solution would be to ensure the flow rate and boiler temp setting is adequate to keep the boiler on 3/3 !

open a basin hot tap while you shower...that will do it!
