i am karaman, dealing with overcrowded patio --- picture a yellowish wall which i think was covered with some sort of vinyl thing i am now scraping off as it has bubbled up in places and looks awful so needs sorting...
QUESTION -- i want to paint the wall white which underneath looks like a rendered wall -- what kind of paint should i buy for this purpose?
