what to do with cavity by door

hi there

im just getting the final touches ready to my house before i put the insulation down and then have the floor screeded.
But can any one please tell me the standard practice on what to do with the cavity between the out side doors and the inside skin of brick work?
do they get filled with screed?

put down a piece of the cavity closer like you've done on the sides.

Yea would've been easier before you fitted the door.

Remove a course of bricks form the inner leaf between the opening.

Line the trough that you have created with dpm.

Screed right up to the door sill.
