I have slowly replaced my tungsten GU10 bulbs for LED. At £7 for three 2W lamps they are now cheap enough.

In the main used where one can touch the light so swapped more to reduce the chance of burning ones hand than any goody goody ecology reason.

However my stock of second hand GU10 bulbs has grown and I am loathed to dump good bulbs. For BA22d I still have the odd dimming switch which requires them but only 2 GU10 bulbs are mounted high enough not to want to touch.

I suppose I should bin them but seems such a waste.

you probably want to keep some incase your led ones all fail together.

Seams a good deal you got, or are 2W ones cheap.
