What to seal/cover Eaves gap into workshop roof (PIC)

I'm currently building a shed/workshop out of 4x2.

I plan on using 50mm kingspan type stuff in the ceiling. In the photo below you can see the gaps just below the roof/above the wall, should I cover those thin rectangular gaps completely with wood or use something that will allow some air flow in?

I'm guessing that you're going to have a fascia board, if so, then a soffit vents under the 4"x2" joists.
 
That's okay but have a look at Continuous Soffit Vents with a mesh to keep insects out, the more ventilation the better
