just finished the bathroom and bedrooms in this new house
but the gardens are hideous!

poor ground
no drains
walls and brickwork everywhere!!

what i need to know is:
what should i use to get rid of it all?
tried using a rotary hammer with a chisel bit, but its snails pace work
and even when i do get the walls down there is a huge amount of soil.rubble and grass to shift.
i will take pictures to show you and you can advise from them

thanks in advance guys!

that has to be the worst sh*t hole of a garden i've seen for ages. lucky you!

hire a big breaker (like a pneumatic drill) to break up concrete then skip it all away. then see what you have left. even bare earth will be better.

hahaha

thats about the best tool for the job! ( dusts hands off, *job done!* )

but its just depressing looking out the window to see what can only be called a cowboys best efforts...

ill rent a decent pneumatic drill this month and smash the walls to pieces
i want ever single brick gone and everything level!

then gonna block pave a quater of the rear garden as the drive
turf the rest with a raised decking

same out the front, but more decking for summer.

i was quoted around 8000+ to sort it out.. but a few of the boys and a few beers, usually gets the demolition part done for less than 300 lol.

get your self a 14lb sledge too! As is makes short work of concrete less than 4 inches thick.
